I’ve always been fascinated by how people make sense of the world — and through the lens of UX, that curiosity has evolved into a focused drive to understand how they navigate digital systems and products. My graduate training in UX and extensive professional background in entrepreneurship and CX have taught me that every interaction is a research opportunity, a window into user motivations, pain points, and unmet needs.

 

I believe that thoughtful, evidence-based insights are the foundation for designing digital experiences that are not only intuitive and effective, but truly human-centered.
